摘 要:Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most debilitating neurodegenerative diseases affecting the aging population. One of the neuropathological hallmarks of AD is an aggregation of the tau protein into neurofibrillary tangles(NFTs) in neurons and glial cells of the brain. Tau is a microtubuleassociated protein expressed mainly in neurons of the central nervous system[1].
