摘 要:A recent study published in Nature by Hill et al.1 identified mechano-sensitive PIEZO1 ion channels in pruriceptive ***,PIEZO1 is involved in acute itch transmission and in mechanical alloknesis in chronic pruritus(CP)*** is defined as an unpleasant sensation leading to the desire to scratch.
