基 金:Therefore the development of new technology and methodology is both crucial and essential and has become an international effect. The Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) over the past decade have supported a number of research projects in order to establish new techniques and methods for protein analysis and protein study. Proteomic techniques were developed through MOST 973 projects (e.g. Proteomics for human disease and the Human Liver Proteome Project) and 863 projects in charge partially by Profs. ZHANG YuKun and YANG PengYuan. The protein analysis and recognition techniques were developed via some NFSC key-projects and those of the Outstanding Young Fellowship as well including such authors in this issue as WANG KeMin ZOU HanFa FANG XiaoHong LI GenXi and LIU BaoHong.Dr. YANG PengYuan is very active in bio-mass spectrometry micro-fluidics for protein analysis proteomics and disease proteome areas. He is specialized in Mass-Spectrometry-based technology and methodology especially in the field of Biomass Spectrometry and its application in Cancer Proteome. He was the Principal Scientist for National 973 Project "Proteomics for disease study" (2002–2006) and for "Micro-fluidics and its application in chemistry and bio-medicine" (2007–2011) supported by Ministry of Science and Technology. He is also a member of editorial board of Proteomics and Science China Chemistry
摘 要:This special issue covers recent advances and results in the field of protein separation, identification, labeling and molecular recognition. We are pleased to invite a number of Chinese scientists specializing in these topics, to contribute either review papers (5 on protein enrichment, proteoly-
