主 题:Ultrasound-guided microwave ablation Adenomyosis
摘 要:Adenomyosis is a common gynecological disease in reproductive women, which causes serious dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, anemia, and infertility, and has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of *** that the efficacy of the traditional medication and surgical treatment is not ideal,an increasing number of patients are searching for more effective and less invasive ***(US)-guided microwave ablation(MWA)has emerged as a new effective and minimally invasive alternative treatment for symptomatic adenomyosis, and it is widely being used in clinical *** studies have proven that it is an efficient and safe treatment modality for symptomatic adenomyosis, but a significant variance in clinical outcomes reported in previous studies was also ***,we have analyzed the potential causes of this problem from the aspects of the diagnosis of adenomyosis, symptom evaluation before ablation, steps of USguided ablation treatment, and outcome evaluation after ***,the clinical problems existing in the ablation treatment of adenomyosis are discussed, and the directions of future research are pointed out.
