摘      要:Hedera helix is an evergreen ornamental plant that is resistant to cool but not high temperature and deserves to be further researched for improving its adaptability to heat *** Hedera helix cultivars,heat-tolerant(HT)‘Jessica’and heat-sensitive(HS)‘Shamrock’,were used for differences analyses of *** detected 6179 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and 5992 DEGs in‘Jessica’and‘Shamrock’to heat stress,*** these,1983 upregulated DEGs and 1400 downregulated DEGs were shared between both varieties,resulting in enhancement of various pathways such as biosynthesis of secondary metabolites,glyoxylate dicarboxylate metabolism,and protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum(PPER),RNA transport,*** the common downregulated DEGs,72 TFs in 25 gene families were found,including members of the MYB and MYBrelated families,the bHLH family,***‘Jessica’(HT),634 unique up-regulated DEGs were identified,including genes associated with phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,starch and sucrose metabolism,biosynthesis of amino *** upregulated TFs of HT were upregulated much more rapidly than those of HS in response to high *** TF-encoding genes were selected to verify the RNA sequencing data by *** study revealed the gene expression patterns of ivy in response to heat stress and the molecular basis of heat tolerance,which provided theoretical references for improving the heat tolerance of ivy.
