摘 要：Deoxyschisandrin 1 and the corresponding trans - isomer 2 were readily prepared by intramolecular oxidative coupling of 1.4 -diaryl-2.3-dimethylbutanes 7 and 6 with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone (DDQ) in trifluoroacetic acid(TFA).
