摘      要：Circular economy is a pattern of economic growth pertaining to the notion of sustainable development, indeed a radical change of and challenge to the traditional economic growth pattern that builds itself upon the conceptions of “mass production, mass consumption, and mass waste. Thus, its core is the efficient and cyclic utilization of resources; its principle is “reduction, reuse, and recycle; and its characteristics are low-consumption, low exhaust, and high efficiency.
