摘 要:Saliva has recently attracted increasing interest for disease diagnosis since it presents a rich pool of biological markers such as proteins,DNA,RNA,hormones,***,saliva collection is convenient and safe,making it a perfect candidate for point-of-care testing(POCT)*** saliva-based POCT devices have been developed for large-scale pandemic screening,self-diagnosis,daily health monitoring.
