摘 要:Superior mesenteric artery syndrome (SMAS) is a rare etiology of duodenal obstruction resulting from the compression of the third part of the duodenum between the superior mesenteric artery and the aorta. The typical clinical presentation of SMAS is persistent postprandial abdominal distention, vomiting and weight loss.
