摘      要：Despite the improvement of surgical techniques,the rate of anastomotic failure of pancreaticojejunostomy remains high(30%-50%).Here we describe the use of vertical mattress sutures in the modification of dunking pancreaticojejunal *** 7 patients who used this technique,neither anastomotic failure nor any major postsurgical complication *** technique is an easy,safe,and promising for the performance of pancreaticojejunostomy.
