摘      要：OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of cisplatin chemotherapy via the vein and the abdominal cavity on the functions of endothelial cells of mice with non-small cell lung cancer. METHODS 75 mice were divided equally into a untreated group, a group treated with chemotherapy （cisplatin： 2 mg/kg, 0.5 mL） via an intravenous method and a group treated with chemotherapy （cisplatin： 2 mg/kg, 0.5 mL） via an intraperitoneal method; changes in the morpholoqy and ultrastructure of vein endothelial cells were observed.
