摘      要：DURING the last two decades, anther culture technique has been widely used in plant improve-ment including rice, wheat and maize. Recently, doubled haploid (DH) progenies derivedfrom anther culture have also been used in molecular mapping projects as permanent popula-tions. Some studies have revealed that the rice culturability is controlled by a few genetic fac-tors. Xue suggested that it was an inheritable trait with additive gene effect. Wu
