摘 要:Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common type of neurodegenerative dementia worldwide[1].Deposition of extracellular amyloid proteinβ(Aβ)-producing amyloid plaques and intracellular tau aggregation-comprising neurofibrillary tangles are two typical pathological features of this disease.
