摘 要:The marine dredged sludge deposited in Dalian Bay was mixed with the appropriate amount of cement by using forced stirring mixing+industrial filling pump transportation+underwater filling process. The pilot-scale test on the filling of flowing solidified soil was conducted. The excavation sampling test, in-situ static cone penetration test and plate loading test were carried out to investigate the variation of unconfined compressive strength, shear strength, specific penetration resistance and bearing capacity of solidified soil with the amount of cement and curing period. The intrinsic connections between these factors are studied. The results show that there is a linear relationship between the characteristic value of bearing capacity of the solidified soil from dredged sludge and the unconfined compressive strength and specific penetration resistance. The modified empirical formula can be used as a reference for the design, construction and testing of flow-solidified soil. Compared with the layered filling process, the overall filling process has a much better uniformity and integrity. The applicability of different cements is different. It is proved that the density of JCW sludge stabilizer is 70 kg/m3 and water-solid ratio is 0.85, showing the optimal mix ratio of marine dredged sludge. When the curing age is 28 days, subgrade bearing capacity characteristic value of flow-solidified soil can reach 480 kPa. © 2020, Science Press. All right reserved.
