摘      要:Alzheimer s disease(AD) is a progressive and irreversible neurodegene rative disorder that causes a decline of cognitive functions and a deterioration of behavioral and social performances. According to current estimations, AD is considered the prevalent cause of dementia, accounting for 60% and 80% of cases every year.
