摘 要:Alzheimer s disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegener-ative disorder and affects 60-80% of all dementia cases in the elderly population *** lost is one of the earliest cognitive symptoms to emerge in AD *** decades-long efforts to identify the molecular mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of β-amyloid(Aβ)plaques and tau neurofibrillary tangles,no effective therapeutic interventions have been developed for AD so far[1].
