摘      要：Synthesis of a new macromolecule with MW up to 7.6 KDA is described in the present paper. The ligation between a dendrimeric amino-PEG and unprotected peptides via a site- specific reaction is a useful trial for the preparation of synthetic vaccine and related compounds.
