摘      要：The origin traceability of edible oil is an effective way to protect the legitimate rights and interests of producers and *** review briefly summarizes research progress on origin traceability technologies for edible oils including stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry,mineral element fingerprint analysis,organic component fingerprint analysis,near-infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance technology and biochemical ***,the development trends in edible oil origin traceability technology were proposed.
