摘      要：Marfan syndrome （MFS） as an autosomal dominant connective tissue disease is characterized by ocular, cardiovascular, and skeletal deformities including scoliosis. A group of 12 patients with Marfan syndrome associated with scoliosis were surgically treated at our hospital from January 1990 to January 2004.
