摘 要:目的探讨北京地区耐多药结核分枝杆菌(MDRMTB)中与异烟肼(INH)和利福平(RFP)抗性相关基因突变的分布和频率。方法对173株MDR-MTB菌株中和INH耐药相关的基因katG、inhA和inhA启动子区,和RFP耐药相关基因rpoB进行测序分析;并对全部MDR-MTB菌株进行基因分型,对不同基因型菌株中抗性相关基因突变的比例进行分析。
