Project management considers an important major that is used today to maximize the likelihood of building successful *** management needs an efficient controlling with innovation and alignment with its ***,this research takes the proposal that project management performance can be improved if information technology（IT）sector is more ***,this research deals with two topics and the interaction between them,are ’Innovation’ and’Project Management’.This research is based on the exploratory research survey using a structured questionnaire to fulfill the main goal and objectives of this *** research consists of two parts:the first one aims to provide a clear picture of the related significance of the main drivers,enablers,barriers,and impacts of innovation over the information technology innovation value *** second one aims to investigate innovative best practices that should be incorporated into project management applications in order to improve the efficiencies of project management.A survey questionnaire was submitted to 182 information technology（IT）companies and IT departments in Yemeni *** statistical program SPSS was used to analyze data,the data collected was analyzed through descriptive analysis and hypothesis *** descriptive analysis results indicate that cost reduction is the main driver of innovation,incentives and rewards are the main enablers of innovation,lack of effective management is the main barrier of innovation,and creating a competitive advantage is the main impact of ***,the hypotheses testing results indicates thatthere is a statistically significant at（a≥0.05）in the relationship between the five innovation practices:（1）Strategic Management,（2）Internal Innovative Working Environment,（3）External Innovative Working Environment,（4）Stakeholders’Management,and（5）Project *** main point in this study is to evaluate to what extent these innovation pract

The main objective of this study is to identify the influence of project manager’s competencies on the success of development projects in *** project manager is responsible for the success of projects and deliver projects on time,within the budget,within the quality required,and satisfy both customers and *** research is a study of the effect of the project manager’s competencies on the success of development projects in *** were collected from 112 project managers working on 30 international organizations in *** were collected through the questionnaire distributed to the organizations via the organization’s internal *** collected from organizations were analyzed by using the software SPSS *** verifying the normality,validity,and reliability of the questionnaire questions,multiple regressions were used to test the hypothesis of the *** results showed that the relationship between the competencies of project managers studied in this research（skills,knowledge and personal attitude）was very *** result showed that means of the participants’ perception about the implementation degree of project managers’ competencies items are between（3.07）and（3.79）with standard deviation ranges between（0.687）and（0.755）.This result indicates that there was an agreement on the high importance of project managers’ *** results showed that skills have a high effect on project managers’ competencies according to the overall *** result showed that means of the participants’ perception about the implementation degree of project success factors（Quality,Cost,Time,Customer Satisfaction,and Stakeholder Satisfaction）were between（2.64）and（3.68）with standard deviation ranges between（0.694）and（0.816）.This result indicates that there was an agreement on the high importance of development projects *** result showed that quality has a high effect on development projects success according to the overall re
